You must notify our Customer Services within 14 working days of receipt if you change your mind regarding the purchase of the item and you wish to return the item. The item is to be returned as you have received it. No credit shall be given to products that will be damaged or used.

When the order is placed, payments are processed by credit card, debit card, or check card. Many financial institutions issue temporary accounts for the provision of purchase funds. These seem to lower your available balance temporarily as pending charges. A copy will be sent to the e-mail address of your order. If your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email.
